Can I enjoy a Disney vacation with a 2 months old baby?

I am planning to go to disney now on June. I will give birth on April so I guess he will be two months old. Can I enjoy Disney? Can I ride with him in his carseat? I have no idea if they have the means to help out new moms. Thanks for any advice.|||We went last year in June when our son was 8 months old. It is WAY too hot and humid. I will never go back around that time. It ruined the trip. I don't think bringing a two month old to Disney in June is a good idea. We are going in March this year.

The rides that he will be able to go on, you would have to hold him in your lap. You can not bring the car seat on the rides,|||nope you can't take him in his car seat...you have to be a certain HEIGHT to get on the rides, no matter how old you are...and besides all the rides are NOT for babies, unless you want to kill it...not to mention the HEAT and HUMIDITY in Fl in the summer...I LIVE here and -I- don't go out in the heat and humidity.

Get real and leave the baby home or don't go till the baby is old enough to enjoy the park.

It's not up to Disney to put up with you and your child. YOU had the baby, now deal with not being able to take it everywhere...|||Well, if I were you I'd leave him at home and go with someone else or wait till he's older, when he'll actually remember going. Anyways, a two month you old is pretty small and it could easily get scared of stuff there and you probably wouldn't be able to go on many rides.|||I do not suggest going to Disney with a baby. It will not be enjoyable for you trying to tend to a baby. I did not take my kids to Disney until they were 3 years old. For the price you pay to get in, it is just not worth it. Believe me, the look on your child's face at that age will be worth every penny!|||If you are taking just him, then it's pretty silly because you can't take babies in car seats on ANY rides! It will mostly be your husband riding while you sit with your son, or vice verca. If you have older child(ren) that you are also taking then it might be okay because you will see them enjoying themselves, and everyone can take turns sitting with your son.

What is the best signature dining restaurant at Disney World?

My husband and I will be going to Disney for our 1 year wedding anniversary. I have no idea about the signature restaurants so I just wanted to get some ideas. We are kinda picky about our foods (we don't like real "exotic" things) and like to keep it, somewhat, basic. If you need any other info let me know.|||Here is the list of signature restaurants:

All Ears has the menus:

http://allears.net/menu/menus.htm

We really enjoy Coral Reef but it would likely have lots of children.

Victoria and Alberts would be your best bet for romance, but it is also the priciest restaurant on property.

Maybe a late night dinner at one of the resort restaurants such as Yachtsman Steakhouse or Flying Fish.|||I'm guessing that you may want to go someplace romantic. There are many wonderful restaurants in WDW that would be great for an anniversary dinner. The problem is that since you say you are picky eaters the choices become limited. I'll give you a list of places, where at least you'll have some choices. You can go on the Disney website %26amp; check out the menus, to see if you like them.

-Coral Reef (Epcot)

-California Grill (Contemporary Resort)

-Le Cellier (Epcot-extremely hard to get a reservation though)

-Cape May Cafe (Beach Club-Buffet, so you could choose what you like)

-'Ohana (Polynesian Resort-nice variety of food-You can watch Wishes fireworks from here when they have them

-Chefs de France (Epcot)

Rainforest Cafe (Animal Kingdom %26amp; Downtown Disney-not exactly romantic or quiet, but could be fun-at least they have a variety of food)

-Fulton's (Downtown Disney-restaurant is a steamboat-good food-nice atmosphere)

-Sanaa (Kidani Village at Animal Kingdom Lodge-They have floor to ceiling windows where you can see the animals. It's spectacular! The food may be too exotic for you though. Check the menu. Maybe you can find something you like)

-Jiko's (Animal Kingdom Lodge-the walls change colors, showing the hues of the African sunset-the foods can be spicy though)

-Boma's (Animal Kingdom Lodge-Buffet-not very romantic-large restaurant, but the food is excellent-great variety, so you could find things you enjoy eating)

-Whispering Canyon Cafe (Wilderness Lodge-quite noisy-very funny acting waiters %26amp; waitresses-could be fun, if you're looking for a lively time. They have the best ribs)

-Brown Derby (Disney's Hollwoood Studios-quiet, romantic, low lighting-variety of foods-fantastic Cobb Salad)

Have a Happy Anniversary %26amp; many, many more!!!|||For a really adult experience (no small children allowed) I'd say Victoria %26amp; Albert's at the Grand Floridian Resort. While it's quite expensive, and they do have a dress code I'd say this restaurant is all about celebrating special occasions.

You'll also find many excellent restaurants at EPCOT. One of our favorites is Tutto Italia. Their food is wonderful. Les Chefs de France is another favorite of ours. Although it's french cuisine you can still get very delicious meals without going the exotic route. I love the ambiance here, as well as the french staff.

Don't forget to pick up your free anniversary buttons at Guest Services. My parents got a few free extras here and there while they wore theirs during a recent anniversary trip to WDW.|||check out site below for all disney menus and prices.

We love Mama Melrose. It is really Italian, but I got the best steak I have ever had there.

check out Tony's in MK.

I would go to the French restaurant in The Worlds.. but you can read the menu and see if it is too different for you|||One of my personal favorites is Le Cellier in Canada at Epcot. They have a great steak selection and their pretzel bread is amazing. Chef Mickeys is a fun place for breakfast or dinner at the Contemporary Resort. You might stay away from Animal Kingdom Lodge and some of the other countries at Epcot such the UK and the Netherlands. Most of Disney's food is great and you should have an amazing time! Congrats!|||Yachtsman is a very good steakhouse in the yacht club in the epcot resort area.|||Tusker House Restaurant is my choice!

What is up with Disney stars trying to hit it big in the music industry?

Is is just me or does it seem that most Disney stars/former Disney stars (though usually the female ones) want to become singers? I mean, let's see. There's Hillary Duff, Lindsay Lohan, Miley Cyrus, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Raven Symone, Corbin Bleu, Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato, the list goes on. It's just ridiculous. Am I the only person who finds this rather annoying?|||No your not. Everyone finds it annoying as hell. Every single singer that that has started off with Disney has attracted so many little girls that it keeps growing. Its ridiculous because they have no talent at all, and since Disney has all the money in the world it gives them all they need...Movies, Record deals, and well Clothing lines as well. I find that complete bull****. But there is an advantage to the deal as well. Every single celebrity only lasts a minute. They do their songs and tours, movies and premiers, and before you know it...Their gone. So don't worry, this menace with the Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus, etc...will last...But until that day...we may as well just sit down and get tortured as it goes on. Good Luck!

|||I agree with you 300%. It is VERY annoying. They're trying and trying and failing and failing. Most of the wannabe singers aren't even half as good as Miranda Cosgrove (who is kind of a wannabe).

Here are most of the singers on Disney channel you didn't list:

Christy Carlson Ramono

Lalaine

Annelisse Van Der Pol

orlando brown

lucas grabeel

dylan %26amp; cole sprouse

Aly and AJ

Keke Palmer

Jordan Pruitt

Brenda Song

Zac Effron

I could go on (and on and on and on andon and on)|||I agree with you! Emily Osement, for instance, was complaining in a magazine article about how she has to ask Disney if she wants to do another project, and how she wants to be taken more seriously be people who think she's just a "Disney girl'. I mean, she owes her WHOLE career to Disney, she should be thanking them, not insulting them! She ALSO insulted the Jonas Brothers! How her co-stars can work with her is beyond me. But anyways, a lot of actresses do want to be singers, and I just can't imagine them as singers!

|||So true.

And it's pretty obvious they have no real talent. Notice how only the stars that everybody likes become singers? It's because those Disney bastards know they will make money. Ashley Tisdale? Please, we all know she couldn't sing to save her life. And it's obvious Lindsay Lohan can't sing because she always lip syncs live. That's all Disney is nowadays, a big fat LIE.|||oh that is more likely to do with their managers and the disney execs whether or not the actor or actress is marketable. combination of talent and popularity and wise business moves. |||I'm obsessed with disney!!!!! they're doing what dey haf to do cuz' if there were no singers, disney channel wud be pretty boring!!! nd since miley cyrus has those slutty pictures now, they brought in demi lovato....|||it's all about money. disney wants to make millions and uses these tween actors/singers to gain a huge audience and become rich.|||It really is annoying. I mean just because they are actors doesn't mean they should be singers too! Some of them don't even sing any good!!

But oh well, they can do whatever they want. |||Yeah it is pretty annoying.

These days you don't get true actors you get some average girl who sings, dances and acts poorly.

|||they're not trying, they're succeeding|||Disney does its part in fostering their dreams of a music career. They need to stop.|||yea i know. and its so annoying!|||They should stick to acting|||yea i know they are taking ova|||so what if it makes them money then theel kep on doing it and i like it|||i think its pretty cool

live.laugh.jonas|||its called money...nd some do it becuase they love singing!!

and there good?/

idk have you thought about it?|||i like it

How can i go from my hotel inside disney to universal studios? is there any public transportation?

I am planning to go to Orlando on a vacation trip on april 2007, and i want to know the best and cheapest way to reach the attractions that are not inside disney麓s limits.|||Rent a car. Disney property is about 7 miles on the outskirts of Orlando. The only way to get anywhere else (SeaWorld, Universal, downtown Orlando, etc.) is either drive or take a taxi. You'll save money by renting a car...|||Rent a car. Public transit is a joke in almost all of Florida. Especially in Orlando. Sorry.|||There are many options for getting from Universal to Disney. I would suggest Bethany Transport. They are a local company and very convenient too. You can schedule to be picked up and dropped of at specific times (more convenient than a cab and you know they will be there when you requested!) Depending on the size of your party, you can get a van or regular car.

If you call, ask for Goldie!! She is super nice! Their number is 407-239-8111.

Mears is also another good company. They are the company that runs all of the Disney Transportation. (That is why you always see them on Disney property). We drive by the Mears lot in downtown Orlando and see Disney cruise line buses and other Disney transport buses in their lot. They might be a little more expensive, but worth checking out.|||If you are planning to leave Disney property for only one or two days, it would be cheaper to take a taxi or shuttle.

However, depending upon the number of people in your group, and the number of days you wish to visit "off-property" attractions, it could wind up cheaper to rent a car.

For example: 6 people want to leave property on 3 days. taking the shuttle at $10 per person, that is $60 per day x 3 days = $180. You might be able to get a rental car for cheaper than that.|||LJRobbie (who was answering a question I asked about Disney / Universal) just wrote to me that you can get a shuttle from Disney to Universal for $10.00. I don't have any details though.|||I was also going to suggest Mears. They'll take you to just about any of the Parks in the Orlando area. Beside that, take a taxi. It's quicker, not crowded, and cool (A/C works unlike in some shuttle buses.) And taxis are always just waiting outside of the Walt Disney World Resorts.

But here's the link for Mears, I'm sure it'd be much cheaper than a taxi...

http://www.mearstransportation.com/Shutt鈥?/a>|||Call mears transportation which provides cabs, buses, shuttles, and limos all over Orlando and is very reputable. You can find them online. They are always on Disney and Universal property.

DON'T TRY TO RELY ON THE CITY BUS!!!

What are all the Disney characters you can get autographs from st Disney World ( Florida ) ?

I am planning a family vacation and my younger sister wants to get all the autographs at Disney world in Florida if that is possible . So could you please help me .

Thanks|||Almost every character gives autographs: There are a few that give "Stamps" rather than autographs, but they still go in your book. (Example, Buzz Lightyear is a character that gives stamps.)

I know all of the Disney Princesses give hand-written autographs as well as their Princes (Including Tiana, Naveen, Rapunzel and Flynn) And most of the other characters like Mickey, Minnie, Rafiki, Timon, Stitch, Green Army Men, Mary Poppins + Penguins, Losto Bear, Alice, Mad Hatter, Peter Pan, All the Disney Fairies, and much more. However, there are no character meet and greets that don't give autographs or have a stamp :) (My personal favorite is Princess Belle's autograph!)|||Waiting in line to get autographs can eat up a lot of your time in the park.

meet and greet spots are listed on each park's map. You can ask any cast member where and who is out at each park.

try one character meal. we like the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom for all the Winnie the Pooh characters.

buy an autograph book when you first get down there, every disney store sells them

What are some good disney movies on netflix to watch instantly?

I really want to watch a disney movie but I can't find any good ones. Any ideas?

I LOVE disney movies, and I just can't seem to find any good free Netflix movies to watch that don't require DVDs.

Please let me know if you know of any:)!|||The Princess %26amp; the Frog

G-Force

Alice in Wonderland

Benji (Highly Recommend) (Not Disney, but fantastic)

Oceans

Toy Story 3

Old Dogs

Watch OnLine Old Dogs

or see find movie UP

http://watch.001movies.com/?UP|||I'm not sure how old you are but one of my favorite disney movies since i was a child is "the GreatMouse detective.|||i like mostly all disney movies not sure if netflix has them. my age is 59 and i still love watching cartoons and anime movies as well horror, action and sci fi. i have several web sites where you can watch movies online but due to the guidelines i would be suspended by yahoo. if you can email me suzy3852@yahoo.com and i will send you quite a few sites and they are free and no d/ls for anything or surveys. if you can't have one of your parents email me and i'll send them to them

What is the best way to travel from Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort to Universal Islands of Adventure?

I am traveling in June, and we plan to spend most of our time at Disney, but we are going to Universal for one day. I am trying to get an idea of cost for transportation between these. Thanks for your responses!|||I am pretty sure Mears Shuttles only go between the Hotels and the Airport. Your looking about a 40 dollar cab ride betwen the hotel and park.|||I would recommend Mears shuttles. You can book in advance and see their prices online, and they are cheaper than cabs.
