Is Disney planning any new attractions/areas in response to the Harry Potter section of Islands of Adventure?

I remember that they created Disney-MGM in response to the main Universal park (and opened it ahead of Universal, lol), and the ride Dinosaur in response to Jurassic Park.|||DisneyWorld needs a park filled with roller coasters thrill rides.Florida Adventure or something.|||no no harry potter thats not even a disney movie and they dont own islands of adventure thats universal and i think they have a new pirates of the carribean ride thats more like the movie|||no
