What are the requirements to be a Disney Character in WDW?

All applicants must be at least 16 years of age. Interested candidates should contact the Disney Jobline at (407) 828-1000 to schedule an interview. Qualified candidates will be invited to attend an audition. The audition is based on movement and animation ability. Applicants must be prepared to participate in a short movement and an animation exercise. Dance experience is required for some roles. Height ranges are between 4'8" and 6'3" with added consideration to candidates between 4'8" - 5'0". Candidates may be identified for Disney animated Character 'look-alikes' at any audition or attend one of our quarterly open call auditions. Puppeteer auditions are held as needed.
