I know you may not believe me, but if you watch the first one and hit the end credits. You will see copyright Walt Disney Company/Tristar I believe





So They own the Franchise for the Resident Evil Series All of Which are Rated R





In fact I am pretty sure that is what saved them years ago from all that crap that hit fan in the news, for it was not long after that, that they were no longer having financial trouble|||nope, Pirates of the Caribbean was their first P-13 rated film...so you can see how far they push their movies.|||Disney? R-rated? Sounds like a question just to ask a question. The purpose of disney is to make movies for children and families. Why would they make something that is rated R?|||I'm not sure if it was "The Haunted Mansion". It was probably rated PG13 at the most.|||The name DISNEY is never put on a R rated movie. But under the Disney umbrella are Touchstone and Miramax which had released R rated movies.
