What Value Resort at Disney World is the best to stay in for a family of 6?

i heard there's FOUR value resorts at Disney World. Which one is the best to stay in? Or what would you recommend for:

- a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids whose ages are 3, 8, 10 and 14) who have never been to Disney World before.|||We stayed at the All Star Movie resort. Yes, there was only my fiance, his 10 yr old son and I, but it is a great place to stay. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The pools are great! We did venture to the other value resorts (they are all within walking distance to each other) and did find the others nice, but we really preferred the Movie resort. The Sports resort was loud, as their main focus is sports and encourage sporting activities in the common outdoor area. Not a bad idea if your family is interested in that though, but we weren't.|||You can stay at the All star Music Resort in Disney family suites. They are cheap, and they fit 6 people. My family and I(5) are staying there when we go to Disney next week. The room consists of 2 bathrooms, queen bed, pull out couch(double bed), pull out chair(2 twin beds). All star music is the only All star resort that has family suites. I think you would enjoy it. The All star resorts are very kid friendly. The good thing about staying at a disney resort instead of renting a house or other hotel in the area is the great transportation. It's very convenient. Buses run about every 15-20 minutes.

Hope I helped, have a great time :)|||I agree with the other answers given about the family suites. But some of the discount resorts are cheap enough per night that you may be able to get adjoining rooms.

Also, depending on how close of a family you are, You could get a room with two queen beds, then ask for cots for the kids. Not the best situation, but cost effective if you are not able to get a booking for a suite. There are also camping facilities affiliated with Disney, so give that some consideration.|||I agree that the All Star Music Resort would be your best bet for housing all 6 of you in the same room. In addition to having two bathrooms, there is also a small kitchenette with a small refrigerator ,sink, microwave, and a coffee maker.

Keep in mind that the number of suites available is limited. Make reservation early or if push comes to shove, book two connecting rooms at any of the value resorts.

Have a magical vacation|||Try renting a house instead. It's a lot cheaper. There are a lot of complexes where all they do is rentals. We went for a family reunion 10 adults and 6 kids (We were not crowded at all) It cost us about 1200 dollars for a week, at Christmas and New Year. The house was beautiful. Built inpool too. You weren't crowded for swim space. Also, most of them have garages that are converted into game rooms. Plus, you can eat at the house to cut costs down esp. breakfast. and late night snacks. We have stayed in the park and found it a lot more expensive. It was also nice to just take a day off and do nothing, esp. with the kids. Going, and going, and going just seems to get to them after awhile. Have fun!!!|||disney's All Star Music Resort, would probably be best for a family of 6.
