What is the best time to visit the Disney Parks?

What is the best time to visit Disney World? I don't want it to be crowded because it takes longer to go on rides and I don't like when it's all crowded.|||The parks are very popular, so it's best to go off season. Off season means going when schools are in session. Schools are generally out Memorial Day to Labor Day (mid May to early Sept), and a few weeks in the Spring for Spring Breaks.





The best time to visit Orlando theme parks is generally recognized to be the week of Christmas. If that's not an option, then the weeks before, then the weeks after are also of less heavy volume. The holidays unfortunately are often more expensive for air travel however, so you'll need to balance your preferences. I prefer the fall for some less volume and some airfare discounts.





Weekdays are less crowded than weekends, but the park hours are usually longer on the weekends. Disney does have extended park hours each day at a different park; check their schedule. You can get an extra hour or two on those days, and that might influence which day you visit which park that week.

the first week after Easter.





The poster suggesting Christmas must be high as the last 2 weeks of Dec are historically te absolutely busiest time of the year for Walt Disney World. You can basically count on Magic Kingdom being full by early afternoon every day from Dec 23-Dec 31 (by noon on dec 24,25 and 31)and the other 3 parks filling up to capacity by early afternoon on Dec 24, 25 and 31.|||-last 3 weeks in january

-first half of decemeber (noted to be literally the least crowded time of the entire year plus all the xmas celebrations are in fully swing! its personally my favorite time of year to go)|||hi. the least crowded times are Jan-Feb. Then Sept-early Dec, except for the holiday weeks. However, dont go in May or Sept b/c that is when the love bugs are there for 3-5 weeks. We never heard of them but we found out about them fast, as we went last September b/c of the free dining. They are beyond gross. Look them up! Sure there were less people but trillions of love bugs. Nasty! Othwerwise, October is a low crowd time, except for Halloween. They have the mickey's halloween party throughout late Sept-Oct. The Mickey's Christmas party is early Nov-Dec.
