What does Disney do to provide better guest satisfaction more than anywhere else?

Many of us as experienced bad customer service at one time or another. What does Disney do that makes it better than anywhere else?|||They pretty much treat everyone as their best friend. It is as simple as that. This comes form Walt Disney himself when he personally trained the first generation of Disneyland staff in the 1950's. A friend of mines grandmother still has her Mickey Mouse club sweater she wore to do shows when she worked in Disneyland back in the late 50's.|||The customer satisfaction rating is top notch. They take customer satisfaction very serious. They will really bend over backwards to make sure you have a good time.
